Your component program should move forward without adding a sourcing organization to your business.
We help small and mid-sized U.S. manufacturers bridge the gap between a custom component requirement and dependable production supply. Ashcroft brings application engineering, supplier qualification, inspection, logistics, and domestic inventory coordination into one relationship.

Manufacturing partners selected against specifications, capacity, material requirements, and program risk.
One team for technical communication, shipping, inventory planning, delivery, and corrective action.
Four focused component families. Each starts with your drawings, performance requirements, and production needs.
Application-specific harness assemblies that simplify installation and keep construction consistent across production.
Heating components developed around the geometry, thermal requirements, and operating conditions of your equipment.
Motor sourcing and application support for cooking and ventilation equipment, with performance matched to the installation.
Drawing-controlled metal parts with attention to dimensional requirements, material evidence, and repeatable supply.
We coordinate the technical and supply details so your team can stay focused on the finished product.
Understand the application, annual usage, current challenges, specifications, timing, and certification context.
Review manufacturability, refine specifications, select the supplier, develop samples, and define tooling needs.
Review capability, material evidence, first articles, capacity, inspection plans, and applicable certification files.
Coordinate purchasing, inspection, freight, customs, domestic inventory, traceability, and delivery.
Our manufacturing partners produce the components. Ashcroft coordinates communication, document control, commercial accountability, and U.S. delivery.
Quality is part of the program from the first requirement through every repeat order.
Supplier qualification, controlled specifications, and traceable records create a common foundation for your engineering, purchasing, and quality teams.
Review supplier legitimacy, quality systems, capacity, tooling arrangements, and continuity. Establish drawing revisions, critical materials, first-article requirements, and customer approval.
Where certification applies, check the relevant file, category, manufacturing site, ratings, and conditions against the actual construction.
Use agreed incoming and pre-shipment inspection plans, lot identification, material evidence, and controlled records. Changes to approved materials, construction, or manufacturing processes require review.
Coordinate containment, documented root-cause analysis, corrective action, and supplier performance review. Evaluate backup supply according to the importance and risk of the program.
Certification is program-specific. A recognized component does not automatically establish certification of the finished product. End-use acceptance remains subject to the OEM and its certification body.
The right supply arrangement starts with real demand.
We plan domestic buffer inventory for approved repeat-use components against forecasts and customer commitments. Custom and developing programs can begin as make-to-order, with replenishment arrangements evolving as usage becomes established.
